Support Business Unit learning needs by implementing learning solutions.
- Contribute to the diagnose, design and roll-out of development plans
- Coordinate learning events and meetings (planning, logistic and administration)
- Create program materials (cards, game, presentation, poster, facilitator guide …) - Contribute to partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers
- Use internal learning processes and tools (My Learning portal, Carol CV and statistics, profile, ALLHR …)
- Fill-in and update exhaustive and reliable data in unity and measure of learning impact system
- Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and ensure regular reporting
- Track Learning budgets and expenses
- Communicate locally on learning offer and activity by using an appropriate language
