Your mission…  

As the Business Planner, you will be working with a team of Key Account Managers analyzing our sales plans and influence data driven decision making across our different channels. The role reports to the Nordic Commercial Director.  



You will...  

  • Lead the forecast on sales in close collaboration with the Channel Managers across our 3 channels - feedback and challenging their sales construction will be a natural part of your everyday 
  • Conduct analyses and track different sales measures ongoingly 
  • Be responsible for our sales analysis tool and the technical development of it
  • Convey key elements of the business plan to senior management  
  • Have responsibility for a variety of sales reports 
  • Secure compliance with business planning good practices and contribute to process optimization  
  • Be the link for the various stakeholders in the planning process. You will cooperate cross function at both local and Nordic level 
  • Train newcomers in the planning tool


You are...  

  • You have a strong analytical mind-set and very good communication skills 
  • You have an eye for detail and a structured way of working 
  • You have previous work experience in business planning, preferably in a FMCG company 
  • You have a master’s degree in Business or another relevant field 
  • You are skilled in using sales analysis tools and a super user in Excel 
  • You are fluent in English, both orally and in written.
