What You Will Do:

L’Oréal is looking for a talented and experienced Director of Digital Adoption. He/she is passionate about transforming people through technology and change management. You love research and are current on all the latest advancements in Technology, Data visualization and Analytics, machine learning, design of experiments, regression predictive modellings (physico-chemistry, sensory, consumer, etc.,), clinical studies methodologies, and care about seeing your research make it into products.

You are resourceful, self-motivated and pride yourself on your creativity and ability to design elegant solutions to challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carries and implements the digital vision on the 4 dimensions inside the Business in North America and is responsible for the value of the end-to-end initiatives led by Métiers in US.
  • Understand and work with Global métiers CDTO & team to align and prioritize Initiatives and represents his/her zone in global prioritization working closely with NA CDTO
  • Build the strategy and roadmap for digital transformation of Métiers in North Americas in collaboration with global Métiers & North Americas CDTOs
  • Prioritize Agile Use Case (Epics) in coordination with Initiative Owners and impacted Product teams
  • Align with others CDTOs to prioritize and launch Agile Use Case to be built by the Functional Platform
  • Enable and lead Data Strategy in Métiers North Americas – consistent with the global R&I Data Strategy and Governance
  • Enabling change by leading Onboarding and Upskilling Programs for Métiers in North Americas
  • Ensure Users adoption of new ways of working – people transformation and adoption of new tools and processes within the métiers in North America.
  • Ensure continuous relevance of new tools, ways of working and feedback loop for the métiers locally by integrating the relevant global initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in science with experience in technology, or business analysis or change management
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience working in consumer or beauty industry
  • Hands on experience with laboratory doing research or developing products.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills, ability to tackle challenging situations and ability to push back business to produce stepwise solutions
  • Experience in data management and data analytics
  • Must be eligible to work in the US on an ongoing and continuous basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
