A / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oréal VN

Education Transformation:

·        Defines the strategic direction and roadmap for this transformation in PPD Vietnam, ensuring stylists’ needs are at the heart of a flexible O+O experience

·        Inspires and leads the internal and external education community in the digital and social transformation of the function. (LSA implementation, upskilling, career paths….)

o     Generates multi-brand education content and coordinates brand content

o     Manages academies (allocation, strategy) in a multi-brand approach & salles test where they exist

o     Ensures consistent execution across brands

·        Strategises and optimizes our interactions with stylists, to increase education reach and amplify its impact, turning our education into a strong business / growth driver and engagement/ advocacy driver

o   Defines country KPIs based on DMI guidelines (inclROE) and tracks education performance

o   Defines training/ seminar content based on DMI content and local needs

o   Fully participates in all brand projects to guarantee customer centricity (voice of the hairdresser) and technical expertise

·        Identifies and scales-up the opportunities for return on investment of education actions across the brands

Access platform:

·        Drives the implementation of the Access platform as a strategic growth driver, and prepares its transformation to a social selling platform

·        Leads an editorial content strategy to deliver best-in-class digital content to engage and educate our stylists via the Access platform

·        Implements a data tracking strategy, using Access and other tools, to provide stylists with personalized solutions and the business with data insights which generate sales

Sales Capability Transformation:

·        Create and articulate a capability roadmap for the sales organization, in-line with the organization's strategic priorities for PPD Vietnam.

·        Work with the Sales Head towards creation and execution of the Sales Capability blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization.

·        Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (from ASM to Distributor Sales Representative) & channels (O+O)

B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:

·        Customer-centricity

·        Strong experience in hairdressing

·        Knowledge of brands’ identities and value propositions

·        Ability to strategize education to support PPD’s overall strategy & go to market

·        Collaboration, Ability to influence

·        Strong customer service and communication skills

·        Analytical& data management skills

·        English fluency
