Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (cover) in our L’Oréal LUXE team in Finland.  



Your mission… 

As Key Account Manager, your role is to build, manage and develop long-term internal & external client relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the performance of a full portfolio of brands. You will develop and execute the strategy, tactics and operational plans and define the client development and strategic roadmap. You will be responsible to optimize the key account plans, financial & business planning, objectives, and profitability. The role reports to the Nordic Business Unit Manager. 



You will…  

  • Define the overall client strategy alongside with the development of plans, KPIs and goals  
  • Develop a customer centric business plan; turn shopper insights into business opportunities to achieve key growth objectives of sell-in, sell-out and market share  
  • Build a solid client relationship to leverage our partnership for growth  
  • Design and negotiate all client trade & activation plans 
  • Be the conduit for all other marketing, event, merchandising and training plans in the B&M doors  
  • Manage the sell-in of the campaigns and product launches to the retailer  
  • Measure the financial return of actions and events 
  • Take responsibility for the development of the account and identify new opportunities for business growth  
  • Drive the performance of the client (P&L) through optimization of the budget  


Your profile... 

  • You have minimum 2-3 years’ experience within; account management / key account management / buyer / category manager (FMCG & Beauty/Fashion Retail background is a plus)  
  • You are fluent in Finnish and English  
  • You have a hands-on and have a proactive approach and a strong willingness to drive results  
  • You are a strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set  
  • You are fact-based, structured, analytical and have complex problem-solving skills 
  • You know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience 
  • You have the ability to navigate a complex matrix organization building connections & network  
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 


We are looking for the Key Account Manager (cover) to start 01.06.2023. The employment is a fixed parental leave cover until 31.09.2024.
