You will...
  • Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sales targets. 
  • Act as guarantor for the image and policy of the brand
  • Maintain close cooperation between the regional sales force and sales and business management
  • Inform management about significant initiatives in the field
  • Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers
  • Improve the sales productivity through LSA
  • Develop, monitor and manage customer account portfolio, in accordance with division strategy and brand affairs
  • Lead or participate in annual negotiations, working closely with other account partners. Establish a partnership and a solid relationship with the account
  • Establish and implement the plan, including trade/events for club prestige salons. Measure the return on investment of actions and events

You have…

  • Having 6-9 years working experience as Key Account Manager/ Sales Manager
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor's degree in any major from top tier university
  • Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • Interested on beauty industry.
  • Has ability to seek new trends and opportunities based on data then turn it into sales
