In Clinic Coach - SkinCeuticals

ABOUT THE JOB

• Work with the #1 medical dispensing skincare brand, SkinCeuticals, supporting local Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons in delivering exceptional patient and client results through integrated skincare
• Develop and maximise your territory through building strong business partnerships and education on the retail and professional range
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s aligned with the strategic goals of the business through education and in person coaching sessions with clinics in your region
• Work closely with a Business Development Manager to collaborative manage, support, and educate all clinics in your shared region
• Support the Business Development Manager in onboarding new clinics
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Territory Covered – Up to 50kms from Sydney CBD with some regional visits when required

ABOUT YOU

• You are a beauty or dermal therapist with a minimum of three years’ experience
• You have a minimum of one-year experience educating or coaching on skin health and formulations with active ingredients
• You are a self-starter and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• You possess great relationship building skills
• You have a passion for skincare
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will have a vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed
