Key Responsibilities:
Support Brand Growth:
- Business analysis: reacts on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities, keeping brand identity
- Identify and propose potential hero products for maximizing sales
- Ensure BA to maximizes sell–out executing Brand strategy
- Need to follow up and provide updates, advise Retail Manager on distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship
- Works closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR, digital, to define the best 360º strategy for the retailer, maintenance, and merchandising
- Negotiates in collaboration with KAM and retailer to maximize business opportunities
- Keeps track on Retail KPIs and latest market information. Identify business strengths, opportunities at store level and coordinate with retail and training team for actions to maximize selling opportunity
Manage Employees:
- Monitor BA’s management of daily, weekly, monthly operations at point of sales (POS) activities
- Work closely with Education Manager team for BA’s training and development which involves identify BA’s training needs (i.e., skills and techniques) and provide feedback for room in improvement
- , which includes recruiting, monitoring performance, evaluation, work allocation and problem resolution
- Compiles Beauty Advisor teams administrative reports for personnel and payroll
Monitor Competitor’s Performance
· Keep tab on the market trends, consumer and competitors’ activities and provide recommendations and feedbacks to marketing and KAM and with pictures
Retail Optimisation
- Identify an issue that might arise in store and provide feedback on any outlets that requires maintenance in a template
- Monitor stock level and ensure there is good stock coverage, gifts and GWP supply
- Motivates, Develops & coaches Regional Business Managers/ Area Managers
- Monitors BA & store manager turnover rates
