Define and execute brand strategy, leveraging strong consumer insights, optimizing paid-owned-earned marketing mix, and steering with collaborative leadership to deliver growth ambitions.
1. Product portfolio management: Key launches animation and hero product support
2. Category and consumer insighting: Data analytics rooted in consumer truths and trends
3. Offline-and-online channel strategy: Focused on e-commerce acceleration
4. Demand planning: Working with Operations team for monthly forecast and supply planning
5. 360 Campaign planning: Establish & execute Paid/Owned/Earned strategies across consumer funnel

Key Responsibilities 
Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to brand strategy to meet brand & organization goals & objectives
Managing A&P budget efficiently according to priority
Identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis / research
Planning & organizing new product launches & implement planned activations relevant to brand image & strategy
Manage & liaise with internal & external business partners on planning & execution of communication & promotional campaigns within timeline
Ongoing compilations & reviewing of competitors’ marketing activities
Ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy is meeting KPI
Preparing monthly business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for senior management

 • At least 4 years of experience in FMCG or beauty marketing
Team player & highly adaptable 
Consumer centric and good in data analysis
