OUR PROGRAM

Ever wondered about how you can begin a career in the beauty industry?

The L’Oréal Apprenticeship Program (1 year) offers you your first entry into the industry, and insight into how life at L’Oréal is like! Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

By the end of this apprenticeship, you will gain beauty industry experience in various aspects of Marketing and Event Planning. Learn what goes on behind-the-scenes of each campaign, what works and how to better capture the attention of your target consumers.

Fresh graduate of any local/overseas institutions; early career professionals with no more than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Apprenticeship Commitment: July 2020 - June 2021 (1 year)

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Are you good in project management, meticulous and have great attention to details? Are you looking to gain exposure in the digital and e-commerce field?

We are looking to hire a Digital & Media Apprentice for our L’Oréal Singapore Corporate Digital team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Ownership and project lead of e-commerce reporting tool & SEO/website development launches
  • Collaborate and co-ownership of mar-tech projects with media
  • Execute and drive project execution while liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Analyse, extract, manage and maintain data from various digital disciplines (web, social, e-commerce) for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate and manage identity assets across multiple digital tools

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Keen interest in digital and e-Commerce
  • Detail-oriented, analytical with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Independent worker with operational excellence and able to deliver within tight timelines
  • Ability to balance both analytical and creative tasks
  • Good sense of initiative and strong in follow-up skills
  • Outgoing personality, strong communicator with good networking skills (Hit us up!)
  • Skilled in programming (HTML, CSS)
  • Good knowledge in Design (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator), Data Visualisation Softwares (Tableau, PowerBI), Content Management Systems (Joomla, WordPress, Blogger), Internet advertising (Google AdWords; DoubleClick Campaign Manager; DoubleClick for Search; Google Analytics) will be a plus!
  • Able to commit for the entire period of apprenticeship

June: Offer extensions

1 July 2020: Program commences
