DIGITAL DESIGNER (FIXED TERM until 31st December 2019)

The Consumer Products Division makes the best of cosmetic innovation available to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are distributed in mass retailing channels – E-retialers and traditional stores. These brands offer a wide range of coloring products, hair care, makeup and skin care. 


This newly created role is a unique opportunity for a junior/mid-level graphic designer with a broad creative skill set to join the CPD division, supporting our Pure Players team in creating a wide range of digital marketing assets to maximize exposure of our brand portfolio across their websites and digital channels. They will be joining at pivotal time as continue to professionalise and grow a previously under resourced pure players business.


Front-end design and concepts for online assets across CPD for all Pure Player accounts in line with business needs and the marketing calendar; including but not limited to: website banners, enhanced product display content, social media posts, email modules, video content.

• Take sole responsibility for the timely creation of these assets leveraging the in-house studio and sourcing all imagery, products, props and models
• Engaging with specialists e.g. videographers, and hiring equipment where needed
• Manage the annual budget for creation of these assets and prioritise projects as necessary

• Help Develop a wider test & learn strategy for e-com assets   (Based on clicks & conversion) to drive the overall e-com business in pure-players.
