SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER – ECOMMERCE

You will

Be joining us at the start of our journey as an ecommerce cross-divisional team, an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we set ourselves up for the future and influence how we drive forwards as a team.

Manage a cross divisional customer Supply Chain team, with up to 3 reports. 

Work closely with key senior internal and external stakeholders cross divisionally to ensure alignment of our mission and development plans.

Manage multifunctional and business wide projects, with the aim to optimize the way we serve our customers.

Continuously develop your team to create supply chain experts and leaders of the future.

Create and animate the customer roadmap driving improvements to our internal processes, development of tools and standardisation of task.

Work closely with key customers in a true collaborative partnership, delivering against agreed internal and external KPIs, such as online availability, stock in trade and inbound service.

Play an integral role within the wider CSC e-commerce team in building a thriving team culture.


The role will report to the Head of Amazon & The Hut Group.

You have

A multidivisional and harmonisation mindset for One UKI way of working ahead of the Neo transformation. 

Experience of developing and managing relationships, with a past record of engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders.

Confidence to challenge the status quo & re-design ways of thinking and working.

Supply chain knowledge and experience. An excellent understanding of key supply chain functions and metrics including customer requirements, physical distribution and stock in trade.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to new or changing conditions.

The ability to develop and coach individuals, whilst driving a strong sense of team unity. 

Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate stakeholders at all levels, communicating challenges and successes both internally and externally.
