  • Develop, monitor, and manage a portfolio of key distributor(s) in accordance with the strategy of the division
  • Full accountability of net sales budget
  • Create annual business plan to achieve growth (sell-in, sell-out, market-share etc.) in the light of the 3 years vision
  • Drive the profitability of the accounts (P & L) and follow up on return-on-investment/ Revenue growth management and growth margin
  • Lead all negotiations with distributor(s) on key launches, share of space, activity plan, share of assortment, and stock management
  • Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct quarter business reviews
  • Participate in the commercial strategy, trade marketing, supply, and finance alignment meetings
  • Cascade the commercial plans to Distributor and ensure execution excellence
  • Analyses and monitors the key account performance (sell-in, sell-out)
  • Ensure the commercial objectives and KPIs are clearly cascaded down to the sales team and they are all working towards common goals
  • Recruit and develop talents within the commercial teams and implement succession plans

-        7+ years of experience in the sales field in the consumer goods industry

-        Solid sales experience with a track record of developing customers/ distributors and people

-        Fluent in English & Arabic is preferable
