Key Job Accountabilities

Receiving and evaluating business users requests and issues
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Providing leadership to the service delivery team
Managing the service delivery schedules
Understanding business needs and providing the best solution and service possible

Job requirements and qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in an FMCG or CPG background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills with good understanding of business processes
Strong leadership skills and growth mindset
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and self starter
   Managing finances and budgets.   Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
