L’Oréal is in search of a supply chain business analyst expert to scale our business-critical supply chain analytics product. This analytics capability is to enhance our Supply Chain's ability to trackperformance & quickly identify,eventually predict, opportunities todeliver more value in a dynamicenvironment. It has accelerated LUSA level planning analytics used across divisions. You, as our ideal candidate will support the long-term strategy, direction, and vision of our Supply Chain Team by developing and implementing business solutions providing actionable insights and encouraging a data driven culture. This role will work to develop and support harmonized Business Intelligence tools and Analytics across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Divisions(P&Ls) to facilitate greater accessibility to information and drive decisions at all levels of the Supply Chain organization and L’Oreal Leadership teams. You will play a key role in our transversal Supply Chain transformation to improve performance across North America. 

What You Will Learn:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner and other business experts to document requirements and designs for reporting, analytics, and system interfaces as Epics and user stories 
  • Use both supply chain and technical knowledge to bridge the gap between corporate data and Supply Chain business needs 
  • Analyze data, business rules and data discrepancies, ensuring project deliverables are delivered in compliance with L’Oréal IT standards and methodologies. 
  • Ensure new Supply Chain Data Lake development delivers strategic objectives for Supply Chain reporting and analytics. 
  • Contribute to a Data Catalog, defining and educating on data definitions and lineage. 
  • Be the subject matter expert to the engineering, quality and run teams, to ensure timely delivery of use cases 
  • Ensure solution quality through high quality requirements and a robust testing process, including writing and executing test plans and scripts and coordinating user acceptance testing with business stakeholders 
  • Understand system functional capabilities, including potential implications of systems changes. 
  • Communicate product KPIs, issues, risks and overall program status proactively and thoroughly. 
  • Build and develop relationships across the L’Oreal Americas zone. 
  • Facilitate build and run issue resolution and communication by supporting service delivery and technical teams to minimize impact and accelerate resolution. 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS/MS/MIS degree, preferably in technical and/or business field (IT, Supply Chain, Analytics, etc.) or 3+ years of equivalent experience
  • Strong data analytic skills, specifically SQL, Microsoft Excel using Power Query and Power Pivot and beginner-intermediate BI skills in tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc. 
  • Good Understanding of supply chain process specially planning & distribution, manufacturing and order fulfillment 
  • Ability to work independently under little supervision within a fast paced client centric environment, manage priorities, and meet commitments 
  • Self-motivated and results oriented 
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead functional groups towards alignment. 
  • Ability to engage in healthy debates, effectively problem solve within a team environment, and demonstrate resiliency 
  • Experience working in an environment with Agile values and principles.
