The intern will be placed at L’Oréal SSA. The incumbent would report to the African Beauty Brands Marketing Director and would be responsible for supporting the DMI Marketing Manager in various projects on the Dark and Lovely brand.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create market/ competitors reviews (Beauty Industry) to help identify trending beauty ingredients, beauty products, latest haircare trends
- Co-create 2024 and 2025 products innovations
- Support new launches: packaging design, brief to agencies, etc
- Develop in – stores merchandising for new launches
- Respect deadlines and budget
TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Entrepreneurship and passion for beauty/cosmetics
- Strong interest in the Afro-Beauty Industry
- Curious about trying new products, new ingredients & new styles
- Takes initiatives and proposes new ideas
