Responsible for partnering to ensuring that Franchise/State/RDA teams and leadership receive the best possible analytic support to drive their business. Assist in the development of insightful and accurate reporting and identify key trends. Provide analysis and recommendations to increase sales or reduce costs. Provide training to field support personnel and business partners to ensure consistent analytics and insights across the Franchise/State/RDA network. Assist in the fulfillment of custom analysis requests and identify critical business success metrics, providing analytical and strategic support.


·        Responsible for managing all key reports and tracking key performance indicators

·        Responsible for all reporting in the Franchise/State/RDA channel.

·        Develop and maintain new and existing dashboard reporting in Microsoft Power BI

·        Manage monthly budget planning

·        Create and manage owner store goals and develop best practices

·        Identify, develop, and implement best practices in the execution of sales business plans; drive and lead strategic initiatives to address trends and dynamics in relevant sales channels; provide processes and insights to drive all major business initiatives

·        Analyze and recommend optimal resource utilization and ROI for selling activities; analyze sales data for trends and accuracy; extract data, prepare reports and identify sales trends; translate sales data into presentations for senior leadership; identify and recommend sales force effectiveness initiatives

·        Manage monthly reporting to senior leadership

·        Develop purchase goals for the Franchise/State/RDA purchase and sales goals based on market potential, market share, year over year performance, & real estate vision

·        Collaborate with the Mergers and Acquisitions team in reporting channel info

·        Manage, maintain, and enhance the tabular cube to assist in enhancing reports

·        Manage and maintain a variety of omni channel dashboards used by SalonCentric

·        Work with store development on process of developing potential real estate locations in the Franchise/State/RDA territories


  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
  • At least 3 years sales analytics experience within retail or related industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and sound judgment in dealing with senior managers; effectively builds relationships and resources at all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail; ability to produce highly accurate documents and work products in a demanding environment; takes pride in his/her work.

  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform a plus
