Are you eager to join a HR Team in L’Oréal Vietnam? In this particular HR role you will create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning policy.

  • Supports the development of an organization design framework and setting up a fit-for-purpose organization structure in partnership with HRBP, business stakeholders and HRD
  • Analyze and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring organization effectiveness and tracking progress on a regular basis to identify potential gaps and suggest solutions
  • Designs practical learning offers closely aligned to business needs, combining existing resources with innovative solutions to support capability building for employees
  • Champions a learning culture of continuous growth and upskilling that is employee-centric, personalized and enabled by technology
  • Acts as project manager and main point of contact to drive annual people development processes including Continuous Conversations and Performance Management, People Development and Succession Planning, Pulse and Engagement
  • Owns the organization talent management framework and process, working closely with HRD and business stakeholders to support development of key talent and succession planning for leadership roles
  • Oversees the development and management of the L’Oreal young talent development program
  • Develops actions which support :
    • The integration/engagement of employees and their understanding of L’Oréal’s values and culture
    • The acquisition of professional and technical skills
    • The development of personal aptitudes, particularly managerial / leadership skills
  • Designs and develops, in conjunction with L’Oréal internal resources, country-specific programs to meet local requirements.
  • Monitors and evaluates implementation and effectiveness of training activities
  • Plans and manages the Development and Training budget
  • Other duties as assigned by Line manager
  • Bachelor degree or above with at least 5-7 years’ solid experience in learning
  • Has a strong passion for learning, especially keen on new learning trends in mobile, social learning
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong expertise to design and deliver program
  • Strong analytical, consulting and facilitation skills
  • Good learning agility & conceptual thinking
  • Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
  • Experience of e-learning & m-learning is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English
