Objective: maintain and maxmise the effectiveness of the training mobile application (My Beauty Club) for frontline sales advisors across countries and distributors


  • Lead a team of 4 people to develop strategies to maximize retail sales and training needs across APAC
  • Work with internal business partner such as retail training team to develop the content
  • Partner with senior management such as GMs and Directors of different brands to facilitate the process
  • Partner with external vendors to maintain the operations of the mobile application platform
  • Evaluate and manage performance of the vendor to achieve the ROI within budget
  • Evaluate and collect feedback to innovate the content and interface to achieve the best performance

Requirements

  • People oriented and relationship developer
  • 7 + years of experience; 4 years client facing experience
  • Digital transformation & knowledge technological trend preferred
  • Project management skills required
