·       Manage Retail Design and Merchandising strategy in order to implement brand image

·       Adapt to brand and retailer guidelines but following brand principles

·       Co-ordinate conception through to implementation with designer, retailer and Loreal internal marketing & sales teams

·       Follow Loreal internal purchasing processes

·       Ensure Eco-design principles are maintained and followed by all parties

Key responsibilities:

·       Master fundamental Retail Design principles

·       Understand Brand and Shopfitter values & requirements

·       Follow marketing specifications

·       Understand consumer experiences when design

·       Lead design with Eco-Design as top of mind

·       Negotiate rates with shopfitters

·       Keep up to date with beauty tech

·       Uplift brand images across retail chains

·       Work closely with marketing on delivering local strategies

·       Understanding and delivering specific instore execution according to budgets and customer profiles

·       Project manage budgets and timelines

·       Monitor POS performance to evaluate ROI of new counters  

·       Understand tender processes with major projects

·       Negotiate with retailers and Paris to deliver the best guidelines to deliver the best guidelines of all parties

Experience : At least 5 years cosmetics industry related experience

Knowledge : Understanding of Technical Drawings

        Knowledge of project management and planning processes

        Knowledge of various printing and production techniques

        Understanding of customer preferences in the cosmetics industry 

        Working knowledge of product, marketing and sales strategies
