We have a suitable opportunity in the Professional Products division for the position of Business Development Manager, KerastaseIn this role, you will be responsible for planning & handling the business of Kerastase products. You should have 4 to 5 years exp in Manager role with Key accounts experience. The location of the job will be Mumbai – HO.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Building strong relationship with Key accounts and rapport with regional team to drive planned agenda
  • Interact effectively with marketing, education, key accounts and finance control team.
  • Planning and rolling out the national BD plans with the help of HO and Regional team

Sales Planning  

  • Customize, implement, track trade marketing and business development activities on field to help improve salon off takes
  • Own the monthly ND plans to process and execution at the regional level
  • Organizing periodic business review with chains
  • Helping salons to conduct influencer campaigns in discussion with Marketing
  • Conducting Luxury induction to new partners and new team members


  • Timely settling of Special deal, smoot coordination with admin team to settle the BD support
  • Preparing monthly report and sharing analyses with Team.
  • Data analyses to support NSM and RMs on finding gaps and opportunities

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding of luxury business
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance and drive insights
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of systems and processes
