We have a suitable opportunity in the Supply Chain division for the position of Demand and supply Planning Lead. In this people manager role, you will be responsible for leading the demand and supply planning vertical for one of our divisions. You should have 7-10 years; professional experience with FMCG / Pharma / Retail industry. The location of the job will be Mumbai – HO.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand & Supply planning Lead for one of the business units.

  1. Managing the S&OP process. (Demand & Supply)
  2. Lead and Mentor the demand & Supply planners
  3. work on People / process and technology in planning space
  4. Lead and drive process improvement initiatives and Process adherence
  5. Drive profitability for the business
  6. Drive the forecasting process for Ecommerce

Key Deliverables & KPIs:

  1. Forecast accuracy / BIAS
  2. Service rates
  3. Inventory and Inventory quality
  4. Cost - SLOB / returns / Air freights
  5. Process adherence
  6. Improvement projects
  7. Coaching and Mentoring

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

  • Travel will be need based


      Postgraduate / MBA with 5-7 Years of experience in managing demand/ supply planning, with few years in a people manager role
