HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Do you have a good eye for design? Do you possess a creative mind?

We are looking to hire a Regional Merchandising & Design Intern who is strong in project management and passionate in communicating the different brand messages across to consumers on the ground.

Be prepared to get hands-on with multiple L’Oréal brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Curate and release retail and merchandising guides, assets and strategies for multi brands, categories and emerging markets, aligned with internal guidelines
  • Manage merchandising activities regionally across different countries and brands, based on internal guidelines
  • Project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. design agencies) based locally and globally, within aligned timelines

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Strong multi-tasking skill & sense of urgency (good time management)
  • Artistic sensitivity with sense of beauty.
  • Takes initiative and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
  • Committed and resilient individual who is able to work under pressure and tight working timelines
  • Good interpersonal skill with strong follow-up skills
  • Flexible & quick to adapt to fast-paced and evolving working environment
