What You Will Learn: 

  • In collaboration with the Treasury Director will understand and manage the FX process for L’Oreal in North America (US and Canada)
  • Forecasting process and reporting to L’OREAL Group.
  • Prepare the month-end FX Close (using different tools: Blackline, SAP, FX Report).
  • Maintain and oversee the foreign exchange portfolio for all derivates
  • Monitor the FX rates evolution.
  • Follow up and enforce the use of the Group FX hedging strategy.
  • Implement jointly with the Treasury Director and manage any IT projects related to the treasury department, such as an integrated treasury operations process or any new updates of treasury tools requested by Group Treasury
  • Understand the FX impacts in Profit & Losses and participate in the elaboration of FX trainings for finance community.  


What We Are Looking For: 

  • Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury industry.
  • Must be a proactive team-player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced, deadline driven work environment.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP.


Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Project planning and implementation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of IAS9 preferred.
  • Audit background or Accounting / Treasury operational and analytical experience with Foreign Exchange and forecasting preferred.
