What You Will Do:
In our newly established and dynamic omni channel ecosystem, growing our consumer acquisition, engagement, and interactions with our brands is key, to strive in an O+O environment benefitting all channels. This role requires the ability to strategize and execute the best proactive and reactive strategies to meet Kerastase’s sell-in, sell-out and net sales objectives through e-retail. This includes helping to build and maintain the brand’s image online through content, customer experience and category development while also having accountability for sales/forecasting to position Kerastase as a category leader. This individual will work to support our full marketing plan and define clear objectives for launches, promotional activities, and key moments to recruit, engage and loyalize our clients.
