Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L'Oréal VN

  • Initiation and execution of category marketing plan in line with total brand strategy
  • Understanding insights of both external partners & consumers; and market connection for strategic marketing activities plan
  • Managing strategic category portfolio across channels in line with consumer’s needs and brand business strategy
  • Manage business drivers efficiency of the category
  • Guide portfolio priorities, develop new product launch plan/ innovation plan in line with business strategy and objectives
  • Develop and manage media plan in effectiveness and efficiency
  • Creation and execution a great product animation/ activation to build brand equity and drive sales results
  • Manage retail excellence: keep good interrelationship in working with merchandising, education and sales team. Key partnership with other members of cross functions to drive business and marketing objectives
  • Manage digital excellence, marketing mix – digital, PR, POS
  • Responsible for turnover and marketing plan.
  • Manage the budget, sales forecast, price strategy, profitability

·        Coordinate with salons, establish Kérastase institutes

·        Working hand in hand with sales/education

  • Most important qualifications, background and experience:
  • Bachelor degrees with 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales (B2B model)
  • Experience of working in a luxury segment
  • Travel requirement:  Travel to key cities of Vietnam – Hanoi, Danang, Dalat once in a while.
