Key Job Accountability 

Plan, develop & manage social interactions across Brands digital channels to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image.

Define and Enhance the Brand Social presence

In accordance with the Brand’s image, select the best platforms for social media presence, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
Create and implement Marketing campaigns across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders

Provide Innovative & Meaningful Content

Work with agencies to develop an important volume and diversity of content and services in line with the brand strategy and consumer insights to diffuse real time brand stories

Manage and plan the need for content across key business partners to strengthen brand image (shopee, LZD, hasaki, pharmacies ect.)

Based on the brand promotional and marketing calendar, plan and provide meaningful social-friendly content for key partners to increase brand buzz on their platforms and engage with potential consumers

Define & work with dermatologists, KOLs/ Celebrities. Be a spokesperson of the brand

Build a strong relationship with dermatologists, influencers to increase brand exposure organically & long term relationship for the brand

Plan and manage the brand online ranking (Tracker, ect.)

Monitor, maintain and keeping track to ensure brand social discussion online

Based on the brand performance, identify key competitors and insightful counter plan (if needed) to ensure brand ranking online

CROSS CATEGORY CAMPAIGN (total L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty - acne fighter, L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty online & offline campaign)

Based on the campaign’s brief, work with agencies to provide insightful content to increase the campaign’s visibility on influencers’ platforms

Key Job Requirement 

• This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing Agency focus on creative and booking KOLs
• Good communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
• Fluent exposure using MS Office (word, excel, ppt)
• Strong Project management skill
