What You Will Learn:

You will learn Inventory analytics, performance improvement, manage 3rd party services for accounts payable and work with cross functional manufacturing teams.

  • Work in partnership with key business partners across all functions
  • Support People Leader through effective completion of various analysis.
  • Take ownership of month end, trends, and plan for responsible Inventory and Accounts Payable lines. Partner with the CONA team to automate data and reporting, verify accuracy and gain efficiencies in our current processes.
  • Extract, manipulate and analyze data from various data sources including SAP, Flexnet, SPI and other internal systems.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and financial reporting to be used by senior management.
  • Using the lean mindset in day-to-day work

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree required, Finance, Accounting, or similar area
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Strong financial acumen and skill set
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek answers independently
  • Strong attention to detail for accuracy with the ability to multitask
  • Capacity to efficiently evaluate and resolve complex modeling/analysis
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other language(s) will be an asset
