What You Will Learn:

This position will support the establishment of the Master Production Schedule and the development of overall logistics strategy by working with production and business leaders to implement a world-class execution and delivery system, while continuing to drive continuous improvement through Piscataway Manufacturing Operations.   

  • Build 12 month production plan and lead preliminary/plan validation meeting including development of monthly plan validation deck
  • Calculation of stock equations/determination of production batch splits
  • Review month capacity and saturation and build action plans as needed
  • Determine (with GBSC) the key skus for agility implementation and drive the process in the plant.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data
  • Communicate and escalate issues affecting service or Finished Good/WIP E&O
  • Drive the service within the factory including communication of low DOS commitments
  • Report monthly (daily production tracking/ACH/ADH/low stock reporting/coverage analysis, service prioritization/production constraints review/service alerts/agility dashboard
  • Analyze and challenge performance of Procurement/UP/CM teams
  • Management of inventory receipt prioritization with GBSC
  • Measure ideal plan and gap to ideal plan
  • Calculate and report unit trends
  • Prioritize low stock skus in production and through quality release
  • Lead 3Yplan and annual budget process
  • Onboard, train and coach new employees
  • Review cadence process regularly

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain discipline required.
  • 1+ year(s) of prior planning experience in a high performance manufacturing facility – cosmetics industry preferred.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must have strong leadership skills with relevant experience in project management, manufacturing practices and dealing with internal/external customers.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage change, provide program management and achieve results.
  • Ability to develop short and long-range plans that meet established objectives and contribute to the overall goals and mission of the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       APICS, CIPM, or NAPM, CPM certification preferred.
