Job Title:  Technical Learning Manager/Sr. Manager – Project ODES  

Reporting to ODES Change Lead 

Role may be located in Clark, NJ or in a L’USA or SalonCentric Distribution Center 

 

Job Summary:  

L’Oreal Learning Manager for Operations are responsible for implementing Learning initiatives that are aligned with Business priorities and contribute to the development of our employees. The person in this role will have the overall responsibility for the creation, coordination and implementation of our Learning Operations ODES Programs. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing learning solutions to support the implementation of Project ODES and build a sustainable Learning offer to support the future Supply Chain organization.  

 

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required  
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields 
  • Must have excellent analytical, project management skills and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate simultaneous projects.  
  • Must have strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills.  
  • Must have the ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multitask with good judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, SharePoint required.
  • Experience in SAP and other WMS/LMS systems preferred.  
  • Travel 50% or more as needed to support the execution of the ODES Technical Learning 
 

Key Job Accountabilities:  

Specific Accountabilities:  

  • Develop, Localize, and Implement the strategy of the Technical Learning Operations ODES Program with ability to innovate in digital learning solutions  

  • Integrate the ODES Learning offer into the future Supply Chain Learning offer  

  • Ensure that the ODES Learning offer is fully integrated and aligned with the Integrated Change Management plan and includes cross functional stakeholders outside of the DC sites 

  • Act as a project manager for the technical learning programs and facilitate the program design with the key ODES stakeholders (domain leads, LKUs, divisional project team members etc) 

  • Manage the implementation of Technical Learning programs (logistics, external providers, enrollments, catering, venue etc).  

  • Coordinate tracking enrollments and attendance, organizing agendas and training materials  

  • Creating and maintaining a central repository of all training materials, accessible to power/end users/new hires/other including digital learning content 

  • Ensure all courses and sessions and attendance is captured OneProfile 

  • Ensure the program materials/content/presentations are regularly validated and updated  

  • Compose and send out post-program feedback forms and make recommendations to continuously improve program quality and customer service  

  • Manage and perform learning effectiveness evaluations to ensure effective learning transfer, track and report on results, and create reinforcement learning programs for individual and group deficiencies  

  • Run reports, build KPIs and conduct data analysis and present key insights to improve the learner experience  

  • Support team members in identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas
