For a company like L'Oréal, consumer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Selling our 34 international brands is a challenge that takes a lot of creativity and tenacity. As a Marketing Spring Insighter you’ll have the opportunity to shadow someone from one of these exciting brands and are expected to get stuck in, thinking of innovative ways to tailor our products to a UK audience.
Marketing within the fast moving consumer goods sector is dynamic, reactive and requires plenty of unique ideas for how L'Oréal can best stand out. You’ll be shadowing people working on live projects and briefs, and may even be tasked with helping out to assess our competitors, supporting on brand launches and working closely with commercial, visual merchandising and digital to enable a full 360 marketing campaign.
During the week you will have the opportunity to network and engage with some of the leading innovators in the beauty industry. You will be invited to various trainings which can help to upskill you both at Uni and work, and you will also have the opportunity to be assessed for any future opportunities with an Assessment Centre at the end of your week.
