Our portfolio is composed of 6 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones


The role sits in the ACD UKI eCommerce team, and you will be working directly with the THG team, our #2 customer in the total division and one of our more Strategic Key Pure Player partners. You will be responsible for ensuring best in class activation of all our brands within this pure player.

Day-to-day you may be...

  • Leading the Partnership Marketing strategy, priotising and optimising plans, liaising across internal and external stakeholders to ensure best in class activation based on brand and retailer objectives.
  • Owning the Gift with Purchase activation plan on a key strategic player as well as support the wider team with tracking and analysis.
  • Ensuring brand launches and key plans are executed on the pure player in a timely manner with A+ content and best in class basics.
  • Supporting the retailer to ensure we are providing the best consumer shopping experience of our brands through always on optimisation of our brands on their platform.
  • Be obsessed with driving the Medical equity of our brands in all content, campaigns and merchandising, creating differentiation for the Dermatological category.
  • Proactively tracking and reporting on any brand visibility across the pure players platforms, providing valuable in depth analysis and learnings which are actionable for the account manager.

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
