JOB TITLE: Vice President, Medical Education + Professional Development

SUMMARY:
Responsible for global medical education of a professional medical skincare brand through the development and execution of comprehensive, integrated education and business + professional development plans. Position collaborates directly with marketing team and international markets, while interfacing with industry thought leaders, sales, R&D, product development and creative to accomplish global brand objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Strategy
o Develop global medical education material, ensuring that content is relevant and supports brand objectives (i.e. product launches, channel development strategy, sales technique, product positioning, technology, etc.) and are consistent with the advanced professional image of the brand with the purpose of driving sales and expanding SkinCeuticals presence in global markets
o Animate international community via monthly touchbase calls and sharing of best practices
o Establish assessment program to ensure product knowledge retention and application capabilities.
o Strong cross-functional collaborator to all DMI functions, WW Medical team, Zones, Countries, Travel Retail, and LDB brands
o Member of the SkinCeuticals DMI leadership team
o Global education management partner to 40+ countries
o Management of core pillars:
o Product Education: (retail + pro) education, Integrated skincare training
o Professional Development: upskilling key 4 stakeholders , customer journey, sustainability
o B2B marketing (omnichannel engagement)
o Digital : Professional website (LDB.com) + LMS Learning platform (current-Docebo)
o Partner with Digital Marketing to align and review on all copy for e-commerce + social media. Support all media creation for consistency and branding
o Support Creative in any brand changes and updates
o Strong Marketing+Innovation team collaborator for all product launches and animations: Develop ancillary training support materials such as creative briefs, collateral materials, education formats, product guides, technical manuals, technical videos, training scripts, and other projects.
Execution + Monitoring
o Product education: Retail + Professional categories : hands-on + theory training for PRO only formats; ingredient, formula training; webinar + live training; skin diseases and conditions knowledge + procedure knowledge; integrated skincare training
o Professional Development programs for key medical stakeholders:
o Master Physician for physician/clinic owner key stakeholder. Global, Local, and virtual deployment worldwide. Created and launch in 2023 a University certificate program in Business Administration “mini-MBA” for physician
o Master Aesthetician professional development program worldwide
o L.E.A.D : Leadership program for HCPs and Operational Managers
o Front Desk training
o Customer / Patient experience training : based on patient journey experience research to alleviate pain points in the clinic patient journey - and adapted for retail store
o Sustainability training for clinics
· Strategy, build, and content creation for an LMS learning platform: drive 6x sales+ engagement, exclusive content to key stakeholders. Currently in 12 countries
· Strategy and creation of brand corner for L’OrealDermatologicalBeautyPRO.com. Steering committee + editorial committee
· Internal Onboarding- live and online . Maintain, develop, and update 4-week online LMS onboarding program
· Continuous innovation for brand recognition and awareness.
o Special projects : Virtual Clinic for HCP recruitment , Mental Health: Body Dysmorphia Disorder CME, Partner to Skin of Color Society for the creation and build of their online learning site "DEEP" bringing more access for learning to skin of color dermatologists
