What You Will Do:

To develop and transform the B&M roadmap and strategy across all Luxe brands to deliver ambitious but attainable growth in this critical channel while keeping the consumer and client experience at the core.  

Job Duties and Accountabilities:

  •  Develop and revamp our B&M roadmap and retail strategy,  assessing the opportunities and risks involved to accelerate growth
  •  Deliver innovative solutions to drive superior results and improve the instore client experience through retail education (selling ceremony, clienteling etc. ) and retail activations (eventing, pop-up animations etc. ) connecting customer data insights to drive traffic and conversion.  
  • Define and implement cross functional ways of working needed to successfully deploy and execute retail excellence strategy
  •  Lead and develop retail standards and practices, tools, systems and controls to optimize store performance, drive efficiency and control risk.
  • Animate the retail community to foster a common vision, shared objectives and accountability for retail initiatives.
  • Play a key role in the staffing of retail excellence roles across the division, including freelance management.
