As the Vice President, Fragrances for our growing International Distribution organization, you will oversee the expansion of a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands. The LID group is expected to double in size and your leadership, experience, collaboration, strategic vision and operational excellence will ensure that success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and pilot the strategies for the LID North America zone:
    • Management, negotiation and optimization of the external partnership with our distributors
    • Brand building complete 3Y plans
    • Ensure financials objective are met internally as well as at the partner level
    • Build 5Y plan expansion vision
  • Brand building through marketing strategies to develop brand image & awareness with target consumers ensuring coherence with the international positioning, leveraging external agencies (Media with OMG, OneInfluence agency, PR, etc)
  • Define the strategic orientations and the 3Y plan
  • Identify portfolio priorities (launches, hero products, baseline)
  • Frame consumer data and insight analysis, share with the global marketing teams (DMIs) to ensure coherence of new product developement with our zone’s needs
  • Localize the international launches and create the right attack angle for the zone to create integrated, engaging, coherent consumer experience with the brand
  • Supervise all the steps of the process and ensure timeline is respected
  • Guide the marketing strategy mix (IMC/360/Digital/Retail)
  • Adapt to zone the communication assets (image, digital, point of sale)
General Management:
  • Complete financial top to bottom P&L management; sales forecast, pricing strategies, profitability, financial structure levers, etc
  • Development and optimization of ways of working with the finance and operations teams to increase efficiency and automatization of processes
  • Build, develop and manage a team of three (3). Lead, train, elevate and support their progress to develop their expertise, competencies and engagement
  • Engaged and active member of the LID North America zone's management committee
  • Member of the LID Worldwide Marketing Committee
  • Representation of the LID North America zone with the brand’s DMI & LLD Division President at the Strategic Alignment Meetings
