e - commerce Key Account Manager for Luxury Division

As e - commerce Key Account Manager, your role is to be responsible for shaping the future of the Beauty shopping experience in the fastest growing retail channel.

Co-create and Implement e-com business strategy collaborating with appropriate functions based on the Commercial & Brands priorities.

You will be responsible for building a solid business relationship with our e-clients and developing a sustainable long-term growth strategy for the consumer Beauty portfolio on e-channels.

You will manage and lead the achievement of sales results, market share targets and business objectives by developing and executing Joint Business Plans that address both e-commerce KAs & L’Oréal Luxury Products Division growth objectives, ensuring perfect execution of Projects /Plans with the objective of growing sales and the Luxury Beauty Products categories.

So, what does your job look like?

  • Under the supervision of Ecom Manager, Develop, Implement and Monitor Joint Business Plan of e-retailers based on common KPI's including Sell In & Sell Out 
  • Analyze and update the segmentation of e-retailers and implement the appropriate strategy per cluster
  • Develop trusting relationships with e-clients. Manage a retailer-centric approach
  • Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders of the e- retailers
  • Co Negotiate and Manage with Sales Team the annual agreements with e-com clients and implement them based on the relative e-com trade policy
  • Define e-com priorities per client and collaborate with other teams to develop a specific action plan
  • Create, implement, and monitor a Co-op and sampling plan on annual basis
  • Use of all the appropriate platforms (similar web, data studio, eRetail audit etc.,) to retrieve and analyze data capturing growth opportunities
  • Ensure brands online presence is aligned with the overall brands strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create e-promotional plans and secure A+ content.
  • Collaborate with ecom and digital communities to identify ecom opportunities, tools and trends for further development

Your profile: 

  • You have 2 - 3 years of experience in commercial, e-commerce or brand marketing role
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are experienced in using analytic tools such as google analytics is preferred but not essential
  • You have exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines
  • You have strong written language skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • You are confident, with the ability to work cross functionally
  • You have analytical and numerical skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have excellent collaboration skills 
  • Customer first approach
  • You are fluent in English language
