Marketing & Digital

Use your expertise on product, market and consumer to orchestrate product launches, push growth of pillar products and contribute to continued growth of the brand and consumer relationship.


Sales & Ecommerce

To develop the business through retail strategy, establish and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Chinese market.



Examine monthly reports and KPIs, manage plans, budgets and trends and anticipate financial risks to maintain sustainable development of the business.


Supply Chain

Provide the best supply chain solution in terms of sales forecast accuracy, inventory quality and service level etc. to different business needs.



Identify business requirements and manages the full life cycle of the IT projects (from the design to the run activities). Meanwhile watch the market/technology trends and spot potential evolutions in line with business opportunities.

What we look for:

  1. MBA graduates of 2019,
  2. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, 
  3. Good understanding of the China market,
  4. 3+ years pre-MBA work experience in customer-facing industries in China,
  5. Expertise in relevant functions,
  6. Fast learner,
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills,
  8. Strategic thinking without losing sight to details,
  9. Creative and be able to work independently with little guidance.
