KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Design and deliver innovative and relevant learning solutions according to business’ & HR’s needs, corporate culture evolutions and L’Oréal Group learning policies.

-       Diagnose individuals’, teams’ and organization’s short and medium-term needs

-       Design innovative learning solutions and programs

-       Adapt & roll-out international learning programs to local market needs and context

-       Deliver & facilitate learning events & workshops guaranteeing a unique learning experience

-       Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement

-       Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers / trainers  

-       Manage partnerships with external partners and consultants and animate this network

-       Use data and metrics to drive learning activities and influence business stakeholders accordingly 

-       Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency

-       Advise line manager and HR Managers on appropriate development levers linked to development needs or carrier plan

-       Design and follow-up of short and mid-term development plans

-       Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally

Support the digital transformation through a proactive digital upskilling strategy and new ways of working implementation in partnership with the Corporate Digital team

-       Agile project implementation

-       CREATIVE MINDSET and curiosity

-       FLUENT English and Italian - French would be a plus

IDEAL PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

-       Ideally 6 years of HR or Business career with relevant experiences in Learning & organizational development

-       Strong Digital mindset  & relevant competences

-       Change management skills & experience in driving evolutions of corporate culture

-       Coaching skills, coaching certification is a plus
