The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for co-developing and implementing an innovative and effective talent acquisition strategy, focusing on both Employer Branding & Resourcing activities across Business Units & Functions. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand and assess immediate and mid-term resourcing needs

·       Manage full life cycle of sourcing, selecting and recruitment process 

·       Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates with the aim to anticipate business needs

·       Position and leverage the Employer Brand through dedicated online communication campaigns and ad hoc projects with academic partners

·       Guarantee top notch candidate experience as well as high standard Hiring Manager satisfaction

·       Manage Employer Branding campaigns as well as Digital Communication channels

·       Act as proactive advisor and consistently look for & recommend ideas and innovative approaches with regards to digital / social resourcing and HR analytics

·       Guarantee state of the art use of Applicant Tracking System as well as other screening and selection tools

·       Provide meaningful metrics and monitor relevant KPIs

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Proven track record in management of full candidate sourcing & selection cycle across different functional areas in a corporate environment with ideally minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient user of LinkedIn, MS Office, social resourcing tools and digital communication channels
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, ability in influencing others & establishing collaborative work relationships
  • Curious & open minded, strong team-player
  • Driven to look for innovative solutions, tools and approaches and to act as change agent  
  • Fluency in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus
  • MSc degree or equivalent
