The eStore Manager contributes to define (as well as executes) the brand’s D2C eCommerce strategy, as the product owner of the eCom platform and the person in charge for maximizing its online trading potential, by offering the best possible online experience to new and returning users/customers – with the aim of increasing their value over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops Bottom-up planning D2C eCommerce growth based on market and traffic channel dynamics (incl. stock planning coordination)
He is responsible for the eStore product management, following its overall maintenance and evolutions - in charge of the eCommerce effectiveness and on-site UX
Collaborates with the Web Master in order to implement Web Mastering activities: Catalogue updates, eMerchandising, Content Management (incl. on-site brand animation/promo plan), on-site UGC integration (eg: Ratings & Reviews).
He is in charge of the SEO plan execution – all in sync with the brand’s media and CRM plans
Makes Continuous Web Analytics monitoring aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement of conversion and on-site experience
Intervenes when necessary to oversee resolution of operational or customer service issues

GA analysis and constant monitoring of the e-store kpi’s
Definition and implementation of the Animation Plan
On-site Product Management
Execution of Seo Plans (defined by the Digital Mgr)

Minimum 3 years experience in managing hands-on a D2C eCommerce Website trading
Strong understanding of D2C eCom value chain (front-end and ops)
Bottom-up D2C planning/forecasting
Advanced Web Analytics skills to truly understand the eStore performance and be able to diagnose issues and identify opportunities
Technology and systems savvy
Experience on CMS (ideally on Demandware)
Sensitivity for the User/Customer Experience
