The Area Manager is responsible for budgets, P&L statements, forecast process, monitoring the region assigned to discover new customers and new opportunity of business.
The AM provides feedback to sales management regarding the market situation, customer needs and competitive moves, organizing follow-up for the salesmen managed, and creating a positive team working.
The AM promote a internal network with other function like Trade Marketing, Finance, Marketing, Supply, in order to simplify the connection through colleagues and spreding the Simplicity value.
