Mission and defining characteristics

  • Drive Reporting and data analysis activities, creating new ways of working with data, in order to simplify data access and to provide guidelines and insights to business and negotiations
  • Drive Reporting and data analysis activities, creating a new integrated way of looking at Retailers sell out data to support Commercial Team in a more modern and digital way
  • Support commercial team in identifying and developing negotiation strategies thanks to his overview of all retailers

Accountabilities

  • Create a common data library sellout/sellin by channel (click&brick)/retailer/pos to forecast/report. Integrate also sell in mkt data in a second step working with Sls Controllers and Mkt Analyst
  • Set up standardized and automized processes to validate and share data with main stakeholders, facilitate and simplify internal and external flows
  • Build and develop key analysis and dashboards to provide guideline and insights to business and negotiations
  • Focus on customers data exploiting retailers' intelligence, ddb and digital analytics
  • Be the main reference point for Retailers Sell Out Data and act as a Pivot with the external supplier, IT team, other internal stakeholders
  • Strategize portfolio choices by channel/retailer and support commercial direction and team to trade negotiations, in collaboration with finance team
  • Build a Retailers Strategic Frame with a particular focus on Trade Terms: mapping AS IS situation and starting from it to define changes needed and priorities to face
  • Strategic Analysis on New Brands and New Business Models
  • Be the main reference point for Finance Commercial Team for:
    • CROOM/COCKPIT DLL
    • SISO Stock
    • Grey Monitoring (Reperage)
    • POC Fiscal/Legal (SDA, Contracts, CVG…)
    • Be responsible of the construction, update and development of new potential features of the Power BI.
