You:

-        Have recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in; Business, Marketing, Analytics, or similar OR have up to one year of experience in a similar role

-        Have excellent communication skills in business and are fluent in English AND Dutch or French

-        Have a deep interest in Business, creating results and developing yourself

-        Are proactive, eager to bring new ideas, to the table

-        Are result driven

-        Are ambition and dare to take responsibility

-        Are available per September 1st 2023



About the role

As the digital marketing management trainee, you support the Online Brand Manager in the fragrance marketing flower, including brands such as Giorgio Armani, Valentino, Mugler, Azzaro a.o.
Next to that you also support the online activity on the skin marketing flower, including Kiehl’s, It Cosmetics and Biotherm. In this digital role you, together with the Online Brand Managers, are the champion of the online experience of your brands in the Benelux market.

You co-own the online journey of consumers and shoppers across all e-retailer websites and drive the recruitment and conversion of the brands online. You adapt and enrich the brand strategy to the online reality. Furthermore, you plan and deliver the brands CRM strategy encouraging customers’ retention and customer loyalty.

You work closely with the Online Brand Managers in other teams as well as the CDMO team on digital expertise development and expert community practices. Daily you align in your team with the Brand Product Managers, the Retail Brand Managers and Sales team for the best launch execution and activation.
