Your mission… 

As the Nordic Product Brand Manager for Essie, your role is to build the yearly strategy plan on the brand, together with the relevant stakeholders. You will be at the heart of the portfolio management and launch process and you will manage the media activations and campaigns of the brand, while shaping the Nordic recommendation for local implementation. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader, American Brands. 

 

 

You will.. 

  • Manage the strategy of your brand to gain market share
  • Select and animate your assortment for the Nordic countries
  • Build the vision of each campaign/launch (based on consumer insights) and be the project leader along the way
  • Own the paid media plan/strategy and execution for your brand
  • Develop locally relevant campaigns in close relationship with creative and production agencies. Manage the budget from production costs to media buying.
  • Own the product expression on all touchpoints: visuals, claims, merchandising and POS input
  • Analyze and prepare sell-out analysis at period level to share internally and externally  
  • Monitor market/competition activities incl Media & product launches
  • Be the voice of the Nordic markets for your brand to European headquarters

 

Your profile...

  • You have experience from a similar role (+2y), preferably from the FMCG industry, product marketing experience is a must
  • You have a relevant degree within Marketing, Branding, Business or similar
  • You have excellent communication skills 
  • You are creative, consumer centric and passionate about makeup 
  • You are an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with and analyze numbers
  • You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work 
  • You thrive in a complex matrix structure, and are a pro-active team member
  • You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language
