Your mission…
The Nordic Learning Director is a key person in our organization working closely with the Nordic Leadership, as well as line managers and employees. The Nordic Learning Director contributes to the competitive advantage of L’Oréal, by developing our talents, anticipating, and developing skills that will keep us ahead, facilitating change in our ways of working ensuring cohesiveness all around the world through our unique company culture. A Nordic Learning specialist is reporting directly into the Nordic Learning Director and is responsible for rolling out the missions. With solid analytics as a backbone, you can steer your actions in the right direction. The position reports to the Nordic Human Resources Director and has an international approach working for the four Nordic countries as well as being part of the European Learning Zone Tribe.
