You will

    Overall responsibility for the Brand Engagement strategy including Paid Media, Advocacy (Communications) and Social, reporting into the Brand Business Director(s)

    Ownership of driving omnichannel advocacy and awareness results measured against relevant KPIs (e.g. engagement, conversion, key social and brand LOVE metrics)

    Overall responsibility for launching brand engagement plans for both product launches and brand campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing and retail/education teams. 

    Develop and manage all brand causes for both Urban Decay & IT Cosmetics 

    Oversee and support on all communication activation and reporting including eventing, influencer campaigns, mailers and content partnerships 

    Oversee and support on all Media activations and reporting including strategy, budget planning and campaign briefs  

    Manage relationship with brand senior stakeholders, DMI and Local Corporate Comms

    Overall responsibility of the Advocacy and Media budget(s) in line with direction from Business Brand Director and GM

    Build and lead a positive team of dynamic engagement experts; develop their naturally inquisitive nature by constantly encouraging them to seek out new ideas/examples of best practice and more.

Preferred qualifications/experience:

  • Proven experience working across Social + Content, PR Communications and Paid Media 
  • Strategic thinker with in-depth experience in managing budgets 
  • Experience in end-to-end event production
  • Experience in social media, influencer marketing and content creation
  • Confidently manages complexity – NB: This role oversees two brands. 
  • Strong people leader. Capable of managing a team of 6+ experts, of different seniority and leading by example.
  • Ability to manage and lead external agencies
  • Confidence in presenting
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
  • Ability to identify relevant data and interpret it (e.g. Utilising social listening platforms to enhance KPI’s)
