Skinceuticals, a premium and medical brand within the L'Oréal group, is seeking a talented and motivated Education Specialist dedicated to developing the physical pharmacy channel. This individual, joining a dynamic and highly motivated multi-channel team, will be responsible for the training and ongoing support of dermo-cosmetic managers and the brand's internal sell-out team, acting as a key point of contact for brand and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development and Implementation: Creating innovative and engaging training content with a premium and luxurious touch, both physical and digital, tailored to the diverse needs of dermo-cosmetic managers (independent and chain pharmacies), covering products, treatment protocols, sales techniques, and the SkinCeuticals brand philosophy. Creating manual protocols and delivering training content also to the internal sell-out team with the goal of driving sell-out and recruiting new consumers.
- Field Training: Delivering in-person training sessions at brand events and within pharmacies, ensuring an interactive and effective learning experience.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive and proactive relationships with managers, offering continuous support, answering their questions, and gathering valuable feedback from the field.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to maximize their impact on manager performance and sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with the marketing, medical, and retail teams to ensure the alignment of training strategies with brand campaigns and new product launch initiatives.
- Training Materials Development: Creating and updating training materials, presentations, handouts, and digital tools to support training activities.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling expenses related to training activities.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitoring trends in the dermo-cosmetic market and innovations in the field of aesthetic medicine, proposing a training plan that is always up-to-date and in synergy with the brand.
- Engagement and Loyalty Strategies: Developing and implementing specific strategies to increase engagement and a sense of belonging (creating incentive programs, dedicated events, and other initiatives to build loyalty among managers and strengthen their bond with the brand).
Qualifications:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies, Biology);
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the dermo-cosmetic/pharmaceutical sector in training roles;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Proactivity, enthusiasm, and passion for the dermo-cosmetic sector;
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country (estimated travel time 30-40%);
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the main digital tools for training;
- Fluent English and Italian language skills.
