Who am I?
As a member of the Customer Care & Credit leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping and rolling out the overall customer care vision.
Your role optimizes the ‘Order to Cash’ process, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. The manager identifies improvement areas, leads initiatives, and collaborates with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential.
