About the VIE/International Assignment program :
 

  • The VIE program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
  • Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

So what will you do at L'Oréal Germany?

Join our dynamic and diverse E-commerce Activation & Content team of 8 in Düsseldorf, Germany, and play a key role in shaping the online success of L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division across the DACH region. Reporting to the Head of Content & Activation, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-brand and mono-brand e-commerce campaigns on key pure player Retailer. This VIE offers a unique opportunity to hone your analytical skills, drive data-driven decision-making, and collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Key Account, CDMO, and Data teams.

  • Activation: Own sponsored ad campaigns, manage quarterly SPA reporting, lead activations for your assigned retailer cluster, handle assets with Retailers and brands & plan and manage your cluster's budget
  • Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate reports, provide actionable recommendations, analyze campaign KPIs (e.g., ROAS), and prepare data for internal dashboards to enhance media efficiency.
  • Test & Learn: Support test-and-learn initiatives, and extract insights to optimize campaign setups, budget allocation, and performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster collaboration with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Key Account, CDMO, Data) and external partners (retailers, agencies). Lead weekly team sessions and annual strategy meetings.
  • Process Optimization: Create and update cross-departmental documentation and streamline workflows for increased efficiency.
