A Day in the Life

As our E-COM Manager, based in our Mexico City office, you will be a fundamental pillar in our digital sales growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead and develop a team of E-Key Account Managers (EKAMs), with a strategic focus on accelerating our business on critical platforms like Amazon and Mercado Libre.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Team Leadership & Development: You will guide, coach, and empower your team of EKAMs, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering their professional growth to build a high-performing team.
• Strategic Platform Management: You will define and lead the commercial strategy for key online pure players, specifically Amazon and Mercado Libre, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales and profitability goals.
• Joint Business Planning: You will oversee the negotiation and execution of joint business plans, ensuring your team builds strong, collaborative relationships with our key partners.
• Omnichannel Collaboration: You will act as the key liaison between your team and other departments like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Education, ensuring an integrated and powerful omnichannel strategy.

We Are Looking For

You are the ideal candidate if you are a proven leader with deep experience in e-commerce and a track record of driving results through a team. You possess a strategic vision for digital channels and excel at managing complex client relationships.

• Proven experience leading and developing sales or E-Key Account Management teams.
• Mandatory hands-on experience managing Amazon and/or Mercado Libre as strategic clients, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
• Strategic Vision: You don't just execute; you build and drive long-term commercial strategies for the digital ecosystem.
• People Developer: You are dedicated to your team's success, providing the coaching and tools they need to grow and excel.
• Data Driven: You use data and analytics to lead your team in making informed decisions that optimize performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
